InterBingo "Use It or Lose It"
So they penalized my account $6 in total. Real money, not bonus money. I'm really unimpressed. I withdrew the remainder.

Is it just me or is that completely unethical?

Well, if the terms and conditions said it, then you should read the terms and conditions. I always do that to make sure something liek that doesn't happen.

That is soooo unfair!!!

You should start playing at the free bingo sites. I've been doing that since i had the same experience with my old bingo balance at another hecticly unfair bingo site.
