I cannot view any cards. All I get is a black screen insted of the bingo cards.

daffodilpat - okay thanks for the additional information. I've had that before too. I typically switch to another browser because I am too impatient to reinstall shockwave and i don't like clearing my cookies/cache

You can try the following

1. Clear your cache and cookies (the instructions for this vary depending on your browser and version)

2. reinstall shockwave player ( http://www.shockwave.com/help/faq_flashplayer.jsp )

3. install an alternate browser and try playing with it
