Does tourney end when Devil poss this or does tourney end when points are reset?

Just wondering since new tourney doesn't start til points are reset?

I was thinking that I added fours points when I did the cash games, but that was for the surprise games - not for Fridays. So I do seem to have cost her 4th place.

Those scores were pulled right off the server at midnight.. the process takes a few minutes because of the security checks and algorithms; however polling the software is the first thing it does so it should be fairly accurate - possibly even more accurate than the leaderboard. Anyway, even if I just add the 100k to the scores shown here Four still comes out slightly ahead of my 4th place score so she definitely deserves the credit and my understanding is that dk's screenshots are also in agreement.

Chris, if four passed me when she was credited then she should receive the credit not me. I only asked about the postings because I have seen discussions on here about wheather the tourney actually ended when devil posted or if it ended when points were reset, wouldnt have changed my position either way. So thought I would ask.

The tournament ends when I download the points. It takes a few minutes after that before I actually reset the points (3-20 minutes depending on if my software raises any red flags - possibly even longer if I get distracted by the local wildlife.) I postpone resetting the tournament because if the browser crashed (which has happened) or power went out (which has happened) I dont want to have to enter all the points in manually - since I can only download the current points.

You both get the credit because that is how we do things around here
