Although rare, I do get complaints about this happening from time to time. There isn't much I can do about it at the moment.

Although rare, I do get complaints about this happening from time to time. I'm not sure what I can do about it. I have brought it to their attention. I am in the process of shopping for some slightly more flexible software option.
