email already being used error

perhaps someone could help my father with a small problem. he has tried to signup here and keeps getting an error msg saying that there is already an account associated with his email account as annonymous. i know he has never signed up seeing as he has no ideal about computers and just recently started to even try and surf the net. he has had the same email fpor over 5 years so if there is a way to send him either his info or have that email removed from the data base so that he can signup and enjoy the games.

btw we are not in the same city so we would not be on the same i.p. address.

never mind he was trying to sign up over and over instead of trying to log in after hi signed up the first time
