I've heard this complaint before -- I'd like to know more.

There are some sites with an international slant. Interbingo, The Bingo Associate sites (Amigo Bingo etc,) Kiwi Bingo and Mapau Bingo come to mind. I think you would be okay with those sites. Please let me know if I'm wrong on this.

Most sites are geared towards either EST (for north america) or GMT (UK) as far as their largest jackpots go.

Payment and withdrawal options definitely favour countries with Visas and certain banking structures.

Free bingo sites tend to conservatively favour North America or UK or sometimes both at the exclusion of many others because gambling -- even bingo is illegal in many countries. We don't neccessarily have the resources to research the requirements for each country or to defend ourselves should we break the law in a particular territory.

Please let me know if you have any trouble with the bingoadvantage free tournament. I may honour the bingo advantage bonus, even if the tournament finds you eneligible, if it is only because of geographic concerns -- however cheaters (users playing with multiple accounts) are always ineligible.
