I am having a problem getting paid for withdrawals from this site. I of course no longer play there because of this. I finally received one of my payments after sending dozens of emails to their accounting office that went unanswered. The sheer unprofessionalism alone was enough to make me stop playing. But I also cashed out my remaining $200.00 and I am having a problem getting that as well. When you sign up to deposit your money they take it instantly but for some reason now it is huge problem getting payouts now. I am now trying to research and find out who I can make a complaint about this site to so I can get my money. Players just beware.

Slow payouts are common - particularly the first one and especially for americans. The common reasons for slow payouts are that before a payout is made your account history might be reviewed to make sure that everything is above board with your account. If you just deposited - they might not have even received the money yet. Gaming sites are used to people trying to defraud them. If you are an american and often even if you are not they need to confirm your address to prove that they are not involved in money laundering. Payouts are a much bigger hassle since 911. Because of the countries that most bingo sites are registered in, another factor is that they often need to deposit the money on the payment processor before they can transfer it to your account which can take 5-6 days.

Besides those factors - some bingo sites are poorly run. It's important for players like you to air your concerns and warn other players.

I have been trying to extract $1,100 from Cyber US since the beginning of July. The support people are great but they send everything to accounting and nothing is done from there. No emails to manager are ever responded to. If anyone knows the registered address, please let me know.
