Dinner Recipes

FourSeasonQueen, mentioned that you guys might be interested in posting some recipes. Here is a quick and easy meal that tastes great.

Hash Brown Casserole

1lb of hash browns
375 ml sour cream (3/4 of 500ml tub)
1.5 cans of cream of mushroom soup (concentrated - not ready to serve)
1/2 cup melted margerine
2-3 cups of shredded cheddar
1 medium onion finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste

1. combine all ingredients
2. bake at 350° for 1 to 1.5 hours

I like the finer / smaller hash browns over the chunkier ones.
