password confusion

password confusion
I have signed in successfully, have gotten as far as selecting a room, and after room loads 100%, it freezes. I click on the window and a message comes up saying "incorrect password" What the heck??? What am I doing wrong?

Hello Moondancemom,

My understanding is that the site had to switch servers recently because their isp was bought out by another company.

Is this problem still occuring for you?
